The net proceeds from the concert will be used for their cancer patients who need help paying for nonmedical needs, including transportation, groceries and housing.

(May 1, 2018) Security Mutual Life announced that net proceeds from Sock Out Cancer socks ordered through May 11 via a special hotline will benefit 4-year-old “Super Cooper” Busch and his family. Net proceeds from socks sold at the May 11 benefit concert in Binghamton will also benefit Cooper and his family. Cooper has been battling acute myeloid leukemia for the past two years.
